How does Vegas Mobile Fuel work?

Visit our website to download our app on your Apple or Android device, complete registration information to become a VEGAS MOBILE FUEL member. Once you are a member, the process is simple and easy to schedule your first delivery from VEGAS MOBILE FUEL.

How do I order my fuel?

Log-in to the app by using your user name & password, pick a desired date, time and location for delivery. Delivery times are in 2 hr. blocks, our service hours are 6 am to 6 pm, 7 days a week.

How do I know my fuel has been delivered?

You will receive a notification when our driver is on the way, and also to remind you to have your car positioned properly (positioned in driveway or street) and fuel door unlocked (if applicable). Confirmation of number of gallons that have been pumped into your vehicle and the amount charged to your payment source on file will be sent to you after delivery is complete.

What types of fuel do you deliver?

VEGAS MOBILE FUEL offers 87 and 91 octane, all you have to do is choose which one you prefer when you schedule your delivery.

How do you know where my vehicle is?

The address that you have provided upon becoming a VEGAS MOBILE FUEL member, is where we will deliver to you.

How does billing work?

Once you are a VEGAS MOBILE FUEL member, you will be charged the monthly fee of $29.95. Gas prices will be adjusted daily to be as competitive as possible. You will be charged based on the number of gallons pumped and price of fuel for that day. Gas prices can be checked on our website or app.

Are there any additional fees associated with my membership?

If we arrive and your fuel door is not unlocked and the vehicle is not accessible for delivery, you will be charged a $10.00 undeliverable fee.

If any amount less than 5 gallons is pumped you will be charged for 5 gallons.

What does a tire inspection include?

Check existing pressure and adjust per manufactures recommendation
Visual check of sidewall facing outward
Check valve stems and confirm caps in place, if caps are missing we will install new ones
Check tire tread depth and look for any abnormal wear patterns
Where visible check for nails, cracks, screws, etc and any other defects noted during the inspection
In addition to your fuel delivery and tire inspection, we will visually inspect your windshield wipers for cracks, damage & excessive wear
You will receive a report on the condition of your wiper blades with your tire inspection report

How will I know the result of my tire inspection?

You will receive a report for each tire inspected with your invoice after fuel has been delivered.

How often are tire inspections performed?

Included in your membership, we will inspect your tires the first week of every month. If you are going out of town, planning a road trip, you may request an additional tire inspection at anytime with your next fuel delivery.
